court of justice.
But to ourregret, I heard that ICJ will notaccept tohave a court without agreement
ofbothsides for theircase.
Some Korean pplstatehistorical fact that Dokdo(=Koreanname forbambooisland)
belonged to Korea. But they neveraccept totake ICJcase. It'sstrange.
If theypossessed such astronghistorical fact, they will be sure to win at thatcase.
I suspect they feel a bitguilty to say thatopenly.
